Private counselling is an investment in yourself, your mental health, and your future.

If you have minimal coverage for sessions, please let me know, and we can explore options for achieving your therapeutic goals. Short-term therapy can still be beneficial for developing effective coping tools and strategies to manage difficult emotions and enhance your quality of life.

I accept credit cards and e-transfer. Payment is due at the time of each session. Once payment has been received, an invoice will be issued to you for insurance and tax purposes.
Benefits Coverage

Most employer benefits will provide coverage and reimbursement for a portion or the entire cost of clinical counselling services.

I offer direct billing through Pacific Blue Cross, Medavie Blue Cross, and various health insurance providers via Telus e-Claims.
Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens and may not often go as planned. I am flexible if you do need to reschedule your session.
Please contact me within 24 hours of your scheduled session to cancel or rebook.
Any cancellations without 24-hour notice will result in full-fee billing.
