Youth Counselling

I provide individual therapy to youth (15-18 years) in a in a safe, open, and confidential environment.
If you’re dealing with overwhelming emotions, tension with friends or family, feeling lost, isolated, or misunderstood, or trying to move forward from things that have been hard, counselling can give you a safe place to talk, breathe, and figure things out at your own place.

I work with teens by meeting you exactly where you are and helping you to build tools and strategies that make life feel a little more manageable. Growing up today comes with a lot of pressure, and you don't have to navigate it alone. When it's helpful, I also bring parents or caregivers into the process, always in a way that respects your voice, autonomy, and what feels safest for you.

Please Note:
A parent/guardian intake session is required for youth individual services.

I provide individual therapy to adults in a safe, welcoming, and confidential environment.
If you’re navigating a life transition, feeling overwhelmed by emotions, moving through a personal crisis, struggling in relationships, or carrying the weight of past experiences, counselling can offer a place to breathe and find your footing again.

The relationship between you and your counsellor is at the heart of this work. I see you as the expert of your own life, and I honour that throughout our time together. In our sessions, we gently explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, making space for what’s been hard while also noticing what’s been resilient and strong.

Individual counselling allows complex challenges to be broken down into pieces that feel more understandable and manageable. This creates a safer, steadier path toward healing, helping you move toward your goals and preparing you for whatever life brings next.
